During these difficult times it is important to shift and adapt our way of doing business to keep everyone safe and healthy. At this time we have shifted our Staging services model to virtual consultation and Vacant Staging to help stop the spread of COVID-19 while keeping the economy moving in a forward motion. 

I truly believe that together, Realtors, Stagers, Real Estate Attorney's, Home Inspectors and the like, can help move our economy in a forward direction during these difficult times. As real estate business has opened back up (at least virtually) it is important that we all work together to help home owners sell their properties. I firmly believe the best way to do this virtually is with proper staging. 

I also understand that everyone is concerned about finances right now, so I have developed a plan to help keep costs down as much as possible while still getting the job done!

So how does a Virtual Staging Consultation and Staging During a Pandemic work?

  • First, book a Virtual Consultation by calling and paying over the phone or fill out the form and pay through my website.

  • Second, I will email you a link for our scheduled Zoom chat meeting with you, the homeowner, and your realtor. (if one of you can be on the property or at least provide before photo's, that would help tremendously. Photo's from a phone are perfectly fine for this) 

  • During our Zoom chat we will discuss the size of your home, square footage, how many and what type of rooms you have (i.e: do you have a formal living room, family room, and/or great room? How many bedrooms and bathrooms? Finished basement? Are there any rooms that are oddly shaped? etc.)

  • We will also discuss if there is any existing furniture in the space and what condition they are in. 

  • Based on all of this information, we will discuss the best plan of action to sell your home. Whether that means painting specific rooms, renting more furniture to best show specific rooms, which room(s) need furniture and how we can accessorize to finish off the space. 

  • We will also discuss how long we will need to rent furniture and/or accessories. With the current world we are living in, we do not need to rent items for longer than a week or two. We will discuss when a photographer can come to the property and work the rental time frame around that. 

  • When staging with furniture and/or accessories, we will follow the CDC guidelines by wearing masks and gloves and sanitizing all surfaces such as door handles, etc to keep the home safe and clean while working. 

  • Once photographs have been taken of the home, we will pick up the furniture on the pre-arranged pick up date.
